The First Step is Getting Your Login…
Please note that the logins for both TD and ProCore are separate. TD is for statements, tax documents, and trade confirmations. ProCore is for performance reports, statements of fees, or to get a snapshot of your balances across all accounts.
TD Ameritrade:
TD is for statements, tax documents, and trade confirmations.
If you get an email from TD Ameritrade saying your statement is ready or that a trade has been placed please see the Advisor Client site or app.
If you don’t have a login for TD Ameritrade click on the “Set up my profile” link at the bottom in the black box and follow the instructions from there.
On the website below the login, you’ll see something like this…

Click on the “Set up my profile” link at the bottom in the black box and follow the instructions from there.
Once you have set up your account for Advisor Client you can also access this information on their app from the app store (both Google Play and App Store). It should look a little something like this…
ProCore:
ProCore is for performance reports, statements of fees, or to get a snapshot of your balances across all accounts.
If you get an email like “Your advisor “Hicok, David” uploaded a document Hicok, David & Margaret Larkin – 092019 Statement.pdf at 10/25/2019 03:37 PM” you should check the ProCore site or app.
If you don’t have a login for the Procore site please email me (david@procoreadvisors.com) and I will send you the link necessary to set up your account.
Once you have a username and password access the Procore app which you can find on the app store. It should look a little something like this…
Getting the App:
You should be able to find the app on either the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with ease. Below are screenshots of what you would see on your iPhone but it will be roughly the same for Google Play. There is only one ProCore Advisors app but be sure to download the correct TD Ameritrade app, specifically the Advisor Client app.
