Hicok Financial Solutions Launches a New Online Portal with a Mobile App!
We’re excited to announce the launch our new online client portal and mobile application. Now you can access all of your investment data with a simple mobile app!
1. Get started! You should have already received an email generated from ProCore Online to sign up for the online tech platform, where you can view your statements and performance reports for your TD Ameritrade investment account.
2. Log into your new account online. Your username is your email and the link in the email will have you generate a password. If you have any difficulty or questions on setting up your password or logging into the new platform, please contact us.
3. Get the app. Once you have set up your new password, you can download the mobile app on your phone or tablet from the Apple app store or Google Play. Just search for “ProCore Advisors” (look for our logo pictured below).
You will be able to access your account information as well as access and share documents through both the mobile app and desktop versions of this new online platform.
